<p>流程凭证集成用以实现，OA中相关财务流程审批完成后，自动将相应表单数据写入财务系统，生成财务凭证的功能。</p>

<p><font id=10 color="red" size="4" face="黑体">财务凭证设置</font></p>
<p>操作入口：<strong>集成中心</strong> - <strong>财务凭证</strong><br>

点击 <strong>新建</strong>，弹出新建 <strong>财务凭证</strong> 页面<br>

<strong>名称：</strong>凭证集成的名称，用以区分不同的凭证集成配置。<br>
<strong>财务系统：</strong>选择要进行凭证推送的财务软件。（<a href="#4">注1</a>）<br>
<strong>数据源：</strong>选择要进行凭证推送的数据表所在的数据库，选择的内容是在 <strong>集成中心</strong> - <strong>数据源设置</strong> 中设置的。（<a href="#6">注2</a>）<br>
<strong>接口地址：</strong>填写财务系统凭证接口地址。（<a href="#7">注3</a>）<br>
<strong>编码：</strong>选择财务系统接收的凭证文件编码。（<a href="#7">注3</a>）<br>
<strong>选择流程：</strong>选择用以生成凭证数据的OA流程。（<a href="#8">注4</a>）</p>
<p><span id=4>注1：目前支持的财务软件：NC5、NC6、U8（版本：V10、V11、V12）、K3（版本：V10）。</span><br>
<span id=6>注2：数据源只在财务系统选择U8、K3时才会出现。U8、K3是通过写入财务软件凭证表来实现凭证推送的。</span><br>
<span id=7>注3：接口地址编码、只在财务系统选择NC5、NC6时才会出现。NC5、NC6是通过NC系统的 <strong>应用集成</strong> - <strong>信息交互平台</strong> - <strong>手动加载界面</strong> - <strong>目标URL地址</strong> 来实现凭证推送的。</span><br>
<span id=8>注4：仅支持使用自定义表单的流程。</span></p>
<p>填写完以上信息并保存后，界面会加载出该财务软件的相关信息并显示 <strong>财务凭证ID</strong><br>

<p>可以在，凭证主表信息设置、凭证借方信息设置、凭证贷方信息设置中别放设置凭证中所需推送的数据来源。<br>

<p><strong>表单：</strong>选择流程表单字段，并推送流程表单中该字段的数据。（<a href="#9">注5</a>）<br>
<strong>自定义信息：</strong>推送所填写的固定文本。<br>
<strong>流程requestid：</strong>OA流程的requestid。<br>
<strong>自定义SQL：</strong>支持单独设置执行自定义SQL的数据源，并使用自定义SQL的查询结果作为推送的数据。（<a href="#10">注6</a>）<br>
<strong>创建人：</strong>流程创建人工号。<br>
<strong>创建人部门：</strong>流程创建人部门编码。<br>
<strong>创建人分部：</strong>流程创建人分部编码。<br>

<p><span id=9>注5：<br>
1）凭证主表信息设置中只允许选择流程主表的字段。<br>
2）凭证借贷方信息设置中支持选择流程主表的字段与任意一张明细表的字段。<br>
4）凭证借贷方信息设置中如果选择了某张明细表的字段后，其他字段如果也要选择流程表单字段时，只支持选择主表字段或者相同的明细表字段。<br>
4）凭证借贷方信息设置中允许相同的明细表字段，也允许选择不相同的明细表字段。

1）自定义SQL：以SQL查询语句的形式进行数据转换<br>
2）格式如： select somefield as newvalue from table_name where somefield=#主表.流程主表的数据库字段名#<br>
默认带入值： #主表.流程主表的数据库字段名#、#明细表N.流程明细表N的数据库字段名#<br>
N表示第几张明细表如：明细表1、明细表2...<br>
3）转换结果只识别查询SQL中查询结果列名（别名）为：newvalue

<p><font id=11 color="red" size="4" face="黑体">凭证推送ACTION</font></p>
<p>当配置完凭证主表、借贷方信息设置后，需在 <strong>集成中心</strong> - <strong>流程流转集成</strong> 中注册凭证推送的ACTION，并在 <strong>流程引擎</strong> - <strong>路径设置</strong> - <strong>流转设置</strong> - <strong>节点信息</strong> 的 <strong>节点前附加操作</strong> 或 <strong>节点后附加操作</strong> 中配置后，才能实现凭证推送。</p>
<p><strong>集成中心</strong> - <strong>流程流转集成</strong> 中注册凭证推送的ACTION</p>
<p><strong>接口动作名称：</strong>自行填写，接口名称，不能重复<br>
<strong>接口动作标识：</strong>自行填写，接口的唯一标识，后台存储时使用，不能重复<br>
<strong>接口动作类文件：</strong>固定文本：weaver.interfaces.workflow.action.WorkflowToFinanceRunXml<br>
<strong>添加参数：</strong><br>
<strong>参数名称：</strong>voucherXmlId； <strong>参数值：</strong>当前财务凭证ID；</p>

<p>在流程合适的 <strong>节点附加动作</strong> 或 <strong>出口</strong> 中配置该接口动作，并在流程触发该动作后，即可生成凭证</p>

<p>凭证推送时关于凭证中借贷分录的生成规则：<br>
1）当借贷信息设置中，只对应了主表字段时：只会生成一行凭证的借方分录和贷方分录。<br>
2）当借贷信息设置中，有对应明细表字段时：按所对应的明细表数据行数生成凭证的借贷分录行数。<br>
3）在凭证借贷信息设置中所对应的借贷金额的数据是0或者非有效金额数据时，不会生成相应凭证的借贷分录。</p>
<p>当推送的财务系统是NC时，会在OA的应用服务器以下目录保存推送给NC系统的凭证XML文件：<br>
ecology/WEB-INF/fna/fnaVoucher/XML/NC/yyyy/mm/dd/<br>
推送的凭证XML文件命名：req_+requestid+_+32位随机数+<em>send.xml<br>
NC系统的凭证回执文件命名：req</em>+requestid+_32位随机数_receive.xml</p>
