<p>保存后，新增的报表即出现在报表的列表中。但此时的报表只有名称和相应的工作流，其具体的报表字段还需要进行定义。点击具体的报表，在报表具体信息页面中点击"加入"功能按钮，对报表需要统计的字段进行添加：</p>

可以对报表进行共享设置。点击"维护、报表、报表定义"，进入已定义好的报表列表。选择某个报表，进入具体报表信息页面，点击"共享"：</p>

<p>在下拉框中选择需要共享报表的部门/人力资源/角色/所有人类别，并选择相应的部门/人力资源/角色/所有人，在安全级别中填入人员的最低安全级别，在共享级别中选择部门/总部/分部。点击"保存"，则满足共享条件的人才可以查看报表。</p>
