报表数据从相关工作流的表单信息中提取并在系统中进行必要的统计，给管理者提供大量的报告以支持决策。报表可以在系统中进行定义，需要哪些报表、需要统计工作流表单中的哪些数据，都可以进行设置。在对报表进行定义之前，先要对报表种类进行定义，即报表的目录结构。</p>

点击"维护、报表、报表种类"，进入报表种类的列表，点击某个报表种类可以对其进行编辑，或者点击"新增"，增添新的报表种类：<br>
