在e-Workflow中可以创建和定义一些附加的的字段，主要是以下四类：</p>
<p><br>
o 空闲字段：物品使用申请单<br>
o 空闲字段：入库单<br>
o 空闲字段：出库单<br>
o 空闲字段：合同</p>
<p><br>
用户可以通过定义这些客户记录表单中的附加的字段，去存储相关表单的更多的信息。在系统中最多能定义20各空闲字段（5个日期型字段、5个文本型字段、5个数值型字段和5个判断型字段），以入库单为例，选择"维护、工作流、空闲字段：入库单"，进入入库单空闲字段列表：<br>

<p>在上图所显示的页面中，输入该字段的显示名，然后在"使用"下拉框中选择"是"，则该空闲字段将会出现在表单当中。同样的方式可以定义其他的空闲字段类型。</p>
